Other than painting and different LED colors I can't think of anything that could change the look of the case much to be worth it, and those are personal preference things. A lot of the things I would do with the 902 or 1200 if I had the ability to mod would involve internal things that would make cable management or ventilation work better, such as the HDD flip mod some people have been doing.
