About time that happened.

There were a few companies that tried to limit here in the states, but subscribers just left them and went to companies that allowed free use. The internet is the delivery choice for a lot of people for phone service (VOIP providers), TV and movies (Netflix, SOE, Hulu, etc.), entertainment (every game system in production)... limitation kills the usability.
