cpu cooling

hey,i need a new pcu cooler because i still have the one from intel. i have an intel i7 920. 

and i dont know if i should pick watercooling or air?

tell me what i should pick and which model i shoulud take^^

Are you overclocking? If not, then the stock heatsink will suffice. Otherwise, the Corsair H50 would be an excellent choice for a closed-loop watercooling kit.
