Is my overclock good and safe?

I have a i7 930 @ 4ghz 21X191 with 1.2750v Vcore ( stock Vcore is 1.24v ) stable.

iddle temps is around 32c and it never get above 62c with intelburntest.

So, is it safe for 24/7?

 

BTW, I'm on air cooling with noctua nh-d14.

Any increase in performance, temp, voltage, or even use of the CPU will shorten lifetime.  But, those temps and voltages would be widely considered as negligible.

If Grand Theft Auto teaches me how to kill, then Need For Speed teaches me how to drive.
