Overclocking E2180 on a P35-DS3L

So I've got the multi at: 10x, Volt at 1.456 and it will freeze when the FSB goes past 244. I've seen ppl get it to 3.0 which is my goal but can't figure out what needs to be upped. Perhaps the volt?
