my clock ration is 9 set by default. i set my FBS to 344. my ram automatically set its frequence to 1032. everything else is auto. im really wondering if having the voltage set on auto really does optimize the voltage to what is needed or do i have to do it myself to get the full benefit of overclocking
What is your Core Temps and Max load? If the CPU Cores are under 70C then it really doesn't matter what the Auto is juicing it to. Motherboards do tend to over volt, but nothing that would kill the CPU by default.
If it runs fine without changing the voltage from auto to a higher level then don't change it.
I overclocked my Core 2 duo E6300 from 1,86Ghz to 2,8 Ghz and did need a voltage tweak, als to the memory to keep it stable.
