Unlocking the disabled core on the AMD Sempron 140 Sargas 2.7 Ghz CPU

Does anyone know what I need to do to unlock the 2nd core on the AMD Sempron 140 2.7 GHz CPU? My Mother Board is the Asus M4A77D

Not all processors can be unlocked though. I know my X3-720 can't.

I must agree. My Sempron Won't unlock. But i can still overlock it, but i'm having a little trobule doing so. When i try to OC my CPU to 3.2 Ghz, POOF my pc decided to restart and not post. I have a really good cooler on it and the hottest my CPU got was 36 Degrees C and the voltage is set at 1.35 in the bios. I'm trying to get to 3.5 at least and maybe close to 3.9 Ghz if i can get that far

In my case I was only able to OC via the bios to 3400mhz. Using Gigabyte's software I was able to OC a little more up to 3800mhz.
