What is the best water cooling system?

What is the best water cooling system? I dont like the idea of the new water cooling all in one such as the corsair H50 and the coolit ALC b'coz its very limited and its not that flexible. im just being curious on what is the best water cooling system out there in the market thanks in advance :)

the best is always one that you put together yourself.
the H50 and other all-in-one watercoolers are only made to be innovative, cheap, easy to install coolers that will beat any air cooler on the market

its the Koolance ERM-2K3UCU

its able to cool 2 xean 5860 and 4 gtx 480
