Xigmatek DK to Spire Thermax Eclipse II?

I was thinking of selling my DK and getting a Thermax Eclipse II. 1st, I am gonna clean my case tomorrow and reapply TIM to see if i can get temps any lower. I think I may have applied too much IC Diamond 7. or maybe these are normal temps? Also, I am trying to find lower stable voltages for 3.8ghz.

my room temperature is 24c.

here is a run from last night: Normally it hits about 76c while running linx during the hottest part of the day.

Those temps are fine. You have a fine cooler, no need to swap it out. The i7's run a little hot. Grain of rice size is about right for the amount of tim.

I did some more testing, the pic above was from last night. now i am @ PLL of 1.82 and stable sofar.

Yeah... i haven't found any benchmarks that convince me an upgrade is worth the money... I may grab something just to compare and review.
