Bitdefender website "glitch"?

Hello,
I have a little problem. And yes I contacted Bitdefender support but after few suggestion they stoped replying.
So my license almost over and I'm trying to renew it at:

but after I press "Buy now" I get this picture of lock and animstion, heres screanshot:

I though maybe I could buy it on diferent pc, so I tried at my neighbours, and at university, but I got same "glitch". Mabey someone knows how to fix it, or maybe noone can buy it?

It works correctly on both Chrome and Firefox here. The issue seems to be on your system.

Secondly, I recommend posting images directly to the forum here to be included in your posts. Your link to the external website brought a number of pop-ups that were not family friendly.

I am making that change for you myself and adding your image to this post, as I do realize that currently we cannot add images to the first message on a thread.

Works ok for me as well and I tried the link on IE, FF, Chrome & Safari. Very odd since you said you tried it on different computers. Did you try a different browser?

I did try Chrome, mozila and internet explorer. Maybe soneone would let me use your PC via screan sharing to buy it? I would pay with my paypal, so should be fast.

Well I bought the key, from diferent web site, it was much cheaper too (15$). When I try to add the web page it say that my comment trigered the spam filter, so I gues I won't tell you where I bought it from.

Linking as a new user can cause the spam filter to go hyperactive. Just hang around for a while!

Glad you got your issue fixed. I couldn't offer "screen sharing" because even my home network is under layered security, and that is one of the ports that is blocked under several levels of firewall systems. I'm unfortunately almost always under attack (bad IP range or bad reputation with the hacking crowd?) so I don't drop security for anyone. No offense.
