How to bypass smart card on startup ?

I have an old laptop acer travel mate 352TE. I removed hard drive and bias battery but still cannot start it. Is there any way to start the laptop without smart card ?

Unfortunately, info on that machine isn't specified on the Acer resource site by model number. Can I get the serial number? This would help me in pulling data.
