I Can;t figure out how to make a macro that works for this, Can anyone help?

I have the R.A.T. 7 mouse and I can't figure out how to use the "Smart Technology" Software for the life of me to make a simple macro. All I'm trying to do is make a rapid fire macro, preferably one that I press and it keeps firing until I release the button (like for single click-semi-auto weapons), but anyways, if anyone could show me a tutorial for making macros I'd be extremely grateful, because I'm just having no luck on my own or finding any tutorials.

The problem is that "press & hold" is a mouse operation as defined by the driver. It is overriding the macro. Not sure what you can do there aside from hacking the driver, but that would make dragging icons on the desktop a pain in the butt.
