Mouse Acceleration for Touchpad but NOT mous

Is it possible to disable 'enhance pointer precision' for an external mouse whenever it is plugged in but to leave it enabled for the touchpad?

It is annoying to switch the mouse settings back and forth whenever I want to game on my laptop with a mouse. Using a touchpad without mouse acceleration makes it very uncomfortable.

Unless there is software to control the touch pad that came with the laptop other than the Microsoft settings, then sorry I believe not. 

Try find software from your laptops vendor to control it.
