p8p67 bluetooth driver

i cant seem to get my bluetooth on my mobo to get recognized as a bluetooth dongle. the driver installed but does seem to do anything.

Asus P8P67 Deluxe : i7 2600k : Corsair Vengeance 8 GB 1600
Asus GTX 560 Direct Cu II OC : Corsair H100
Kingston Hyper X 3K 120 GB : WD Caviar Black 1 TB : Windows 7 Home Premium
OCZ ZT 750W PSU : CM 690 II

Is it the first time using it, or did it stop working after an update ?

it worked the first time i used it then i stoped using it for about 4 months then when i go to use it it doesnt connect to anything so i reinstalled to driver now the bluetooth icon doesnt even show in the notification bar

Is it showing up in Devices & Printers ? That's the first place I would look to see if the computer see's that its even there.

its there just isnt showing as a bluetooth adapter/device

Ok, what I would do is completely uninstall the driver then reinstall it. Then click on start> type in and run services.msc to see if your bluetooth support service is running.
