Recovering old windows files after a new install of windows *please help!*

I was given a lap top to extract personal info, re-install a fresh windows 7, put personal info back and then ad anti virus.

This person had another user account i completely forgot about once i was done extracting stuff from the main account.

How can i get to those old windows files and retrieve what i can? I still havnt deleted the old windows files in disk cleaner! i virus scanned the computer once i was done and it started scanning those old files so i know they are still there!!

Any help would be AMAZING!

***EDIT***
Never mind! I found it! its in "C" Drive as "Windows.Old"
I cant figure out how to delete this thread so please dont penalize me :/

This person is in a serious relationship with technology <3
