Now im a itunes kinda guy, and i play alot of games.
I like to listen to music while i play, but this little problem really anoys me.
If i open a file in media player, like a wmv or something, and later listen to itunes music my media keys on the G15 will control both players at once, even though media player is closed.
I discovered this when i suddenly heard black eyed peas and guns n roses at the same time, wich didnt work out that well.
Any way to tell media player to shut up when not using it?
uninstall the G15 drivers, restart, install the latest G15 drivers and restart. Then tell me if it still does it.

Still happening, now when i close wmplayer.exe in task manager i notice it starts up right again, the problem could be with media player closing incorrectly or something like that?
Media keys work fine.
I have had the exact same problem in the past but I'm currently using Vista. You can fix the problem by going into the default programs in control panel and setting it to iTunes instead of Windows Media Player and it'll stop the wmplayer.exe process from continuously restoring itself.
figured it out, disabled windows sideshow and works perfectly now.
