I keep reading about cas 2 or 3 memory in overclockers forums but am clueless on how to go about changing 3 to 2,i think 2 is better.How about a vid on fooling with the memory specifacations to get the most of what you got???

you can change the ram settings in the Bios,
more specifically in the Chip configuration if you're using a ASUS motherboard..

For overclockers out there, there are many things you can do in the BIOS to get the best out of the RAM, you can change the Cas, the refresh rate, the speed, and many other things varying from BIOS to BIOS.

Just be aware that if your RAM isnt designed to run at CAS latency 2 for the settings you have it, at a given bus speed, it wont run properly, or perhaps at all. But if your ram does it, then its a great way to improve ram speed.
