I found my DREAM CAR....the new Volkswagen Beetle Convertible!

I am going to get one next spring after tax return time and saving some $$$ for down payment.

Need help though...what color do you like? I narrowed it down to 4. No PINK!:mad:

Actually they are very roomy inside. When I go test driving you can see for your self sweetie:banana

I actually had a 1964 Light Blue Beetle! With the engine in the back....I liked it...but alas...no heat and I was driving to Chicago alot and needed something to take me there better than that...so I sold it.

So I always wanted the new one...but was waiting for the convertible to come out:heartbeat

I hear ya...I'm about the same height and I can't fit in them for any extended length of time. The new mini on the otherhand...god that thing has room...I mean I actually had to pull the driver seat forward so I could reach the pedals....and I'm 6'4"...mind you my 6'9" friend also fit in the mini....

You don't know how tempting it is sometimes to wanna drive over some smart-a$$ who zip-zip-zips in and out of traffic, cutting everyone off :devil. But proper brain function usually kicks back in before the driving over process becomes a reality :lmao.

The car I learned how to drive stick shift with was a 1982 Volvo DL station wagon. :rofl2

Wasn't the prettiest or sportiest car for a 16 year old. But after I smashed my parents brand new Bretta into a tree...well I was exiled to the Volvo.

And it is a VERY safe car!

Yeah...that's what my parents stuck me in, a Black '82 Volvo GL Sedan...it's nice..it's safe..it's big...it's heavy...it's a Swedish Tank...but I like it...it has a sunroof and power everything and my parents have owned it since they bought it brand new.

As for the S60 R. It's not quite a stick shift. It's a geartronic system which is basically automatic but you can shift the gears when you want/need to.

I love the WRX. I would buy it... Around 28k USD the way I want it and then pay to get it converted back over to as close to rally track as possible.

Anyway... a 300HP Turbocharged 4cylindar. wheeeeeeee!

Reason why they put the hood scoops on them is usually because they are turbo. Alot of them are turbo's now adays.
