btw, what are the buildings for? the temple, archery range and demolitions thingy don't seem to be of any use...

with the temple thing, you have to take a guy and put him inside the castle. you will see a yellow light and hear a sound when you do that. then that guy will now be on your side. you have to click on one of the tower things on the side of the castle to make one of your men go there, and thats after you have bought the upgrade.

damn, i defeated at stage 14... the big black dude came up and i couldnt throw him, i kept clicking him to stop him from hitting my fortress and tried to throw the little guys away as well... dang

I love defend your castle but how do you use your wizards?

When you have 1, you can only cast the "kill now" spell which only kills the specified target. When you have 4-5 you can use the "kill within a radius" spell which kills everything within a area.

On the tower for wizards, you'll see 2 buttons (if you have 5 wizards or so). A skull and a swirl kinda thing. The skull is kill now, the swirl is kill within a radius. you click the icon for the spell you want to use and select the target. If it greys out, you don't have the mana to use it yet.

true, it is addictiong... i had to stop at 26... got too late in the night (morning). it was easy untill they killed 450 of my 500 wizards. I eneded at level 26.

get alot of wizards fast, when you get somewhere arounf 35 of them you can use the convert spell ( hot key = D ). i had 500 at one point ( then the game killed off 350 of them ) as you get mor wizards you get more mana and it also regens faster. just keep converting and training them as wizards untill you get like 200 of them. then start adding archers and mechs.

note: you can save the game to go back to later. i just finnished level 27 and would of gone to 28, but i decided i can come back to it later.

Get AS MANY CONVERTS AS YOU CAN, but don't use them all at once. Later on is when you'll need them and when you need to need, you can make them wizards anytime anyways.
