same here.....im not gonna reformat my damn hard drive cuz some people got in trouble sharin files on kazaa. but im a smart person......i disabled the sharing on kazaa (woohoo!!!). now i just gotta worry about emule. just gotta finish download some movies and im gonna destroy emule. no more trace...gonna put everything on backup. wadda they gonna do....bring a swat team into my house and beat the hell outta my dell?? guys reformatting will not get rid of your traces in fact FBI and other police agencies incliding INTERPOL posesses software that's able to recreate formatted files on a formatted drive you have to use a time consuming method such as the norton clean app in systemworks and do multiple whipes....and even then i think they can still get some files out of it..

I don't think they will sue evryone .. after all who have never downloaded mp3's from a p2p app... there's too many people and i guess they just want to make an example to skare people and create a king of paranoya after this list contains what about 100 people on the millions that have downloaded such files....

phhhhh it'S a joke.... i'm in a hurry to see what kind of fine the'll get..
