So now, I don't only have to worry about "Crism" making bum ta da on the forums but also stealing my precious hard drive for disturbing mods :Crying . j/k
That mod is pretty cool, I have done it before and I preferred doing it on CD-ROM drives and with crayons.
If you don't want to take you CD Drive apart, just but some dots of ink on a CD-RW (non-conductive ink) and pop it into the drive. Let the drive be active somehow and then you take out the CD you will have a cool result.

Trust no one. Not even your real life friends in my opinion. I never wanted any friends before. Though if people want to be mine thats fine but they better not expect me to trust them because you just can't. You may think you can but you can't in my opinion. I don't need anyone. Not a single person. Also no i am not mean to my real life friends. I just don't trust anyone and its the oldest rule in the book. Its a fact to me. Do i say that. No. Why because its useless to speak a lot. I just think before i say something and think out what scenarios will happen if i say that.

Why are you even here? You dont want anyone. You dont want friends. All you want is your computer. Dont trust anyoe? Thats bullsh1t. I trust my girlfriend. And your prolly saying she will back stab you. Well screw that I trust her. There are people on these forums who trust eachother. Wazman and Wazlady trust eachother. Your rule of dont trust anyone sucks. Why do you continue to post about how you dont want/need anyone. You will be a lonely cranky man for the rest of your life.

I think what everyone is trying to say, is that we care about you. So, while we trust you have great relationships with your furry friends. I don't think anyone here wants to see you get mauled by a grizzly bear because you tried to befirend it. Besides, just like humans, there are animals that you just can not trust and others you can. You have to judge how much trust you can offer each one on a case by case basis. You should not stereotype an entire speices on limited experiences.
You shouldn't just sit there and say that you don't like people, humans are untrustworthy, and only animals are good. Whether or not you realize it a good some of us see that as contempt in humanity and more so, contempt directed to ourselves. As if you were above us in your world of misanthropy. Most of the time, let's face it, animals are better than humans.
How many times do you see animals doing the kinds of things to each other that humans do? Do they smoke? Do they drink? Do they get depressed? Do they abuse their children and ruin their entire lives until they can't take it any more?

No, they don't, and we all know it. When was the last time you saw a grizzly bear run into a burning forest to save a pack of racoons? You don't -- ever. Yet, firemen risk their lives saving people from similar or more dangerous situations.
When was the last time you saw a drowning animal being pulled out of a lake and given CPR by the animal that pulled it out? You don't -- ever. In fact, chances are the animal that dredged the other out of the lake would probably eat it. However, there are lifegards who risk their lives saving people from drowning (and don't eat them).
When was the last time, an animal cooked chicken soup for you and nursed you back to health when you are sick. That's right, never. Why, because even if an animal could understand you were sick there isn't much it can do to help you. However, you have human family members that take care of you.
Btw, waz... some animals are known to eat their own young, or desert them if they have defects. Also, whales are known to commit suicide (form of animal depression) by beaching themselves on land. But as far as drinking and smoking, yes you are correct those are human vices.
So, neither of you try to pull that "animals are better" stereotypes. Each creature has a soul, and each soul is unique with its own priorities.

Besides, we don't see animals dedicating their lives to helping others, like a fireman, paramedic, or a doctor.... and let's see what are those doctors who help animals called... oh, yes "VETERINARIANS"!!!

You gonna sit there and try to tell me what I can and can't do? You, with your perfect life, and your perfect job, and all your wonderful toys? Who are you to judge me?
Have you lived with an alcoholic father? Or a manipulative, controlling grandmother? Have you ever been screamed at at work because you couldn't find a book you needed for something? Have you ever needed psychotherapy? Have you ever been on medication for severe depression? Have you ever wanted to kill yourself?
Well, that's my world. Every day. Every day it gets a little bit worse and a little bit worse. My wife and several other people are trying to help me get better, but I'm not. I'm just getting worse and worse.
So, yeah, I have a soul. A soul that's been destroyed by years of abuse, and depression, and hate. So when I look back on my pitiful 30 years of existence, and then I look at my cats and dog, who have never tried to hurt me, or abuse me, or destroy my life, then yeah - I think animals are better.

Animals don't use nuclear weapons.
Animals don't create biological plagues.
Animals didn't send envelopes filled with anthrax to unsuspecting, innocent people.
Animals didn't crash planes into three buildings and a field and kill 3000 people.

Your description above describes my life, at least as far as you went. It was a whole lot worse. And it never got better nor will it ever. You have to understand that. Life S-U-C-K-S! But life also has it's rewards and joys. Only you can make the decision fo which ones you'll see. Not wazlady, not your kids, not even your father can make that decision for you. Hey all! I see it's getting very hot in here...
Look waz, self-pity and so-called "psycho-therapies" never help anyone. Just ask me. Yeah, I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world. But underneath the sheer veer of paradise, there's trouble.
Right now, I'm on short on funds and my debt is piling sky high. I have to renew my drivers' license before it expires(Aug. 17 - my b'day!). I did have but don't have a car anymore and may not be able to go to work because of a pending bus drivers' strike on Aug. 26. Also Hawaii, has the second highest cost of living among the 50 states. This doesn't help the state's economy especially when tourism is the state's ONLY means of funding. We also have a major illegal drug problem here. Crystal meth - (we call it 'Ice' here) is the one of the biggest problems the state is facing and worse bills are being proposed that track criminals that sell and distribute the drug could limit our rights to privacy just because of them.
Yet I believe that (w/divine help from Him) things will get better. I plan to get a job at Pearl (Harbor) working for the federal government. Hawaii is diversifying its economy, not just relying on tourism.
On an even more personal note, I won't go into detail but here the story - I betrayed someone's trust a couple years back. I felt I had done the worst thing in my life. A friend of mine, who was very critical at that point in my life, showed me something and reminded that life goes on. People forgive. And forget.
Let go waz. Let go of the self-pity. They're people out there that care. I'm one of them. If you need to talk waz, I'm here. So's everyone here in the forum. It's called friendship, my friend.
Chin up and smile dude. :D :sun_smile :luxhello And ALOHA!

And you don't want to see where I work... It's pretty pathetic.
Well when I moved cubicles last November that pic was on my hard drive...since I didn't move the computer I lost it.
Though if I went back to that desk it is still probably on there...
I will take my camera to work and take pic's of my desk and coworkers...I should take a picture of my boss. She has a strong resemblence to Betty Boop:)

Here is another family vacation funny note in the Wazlady family scrapbook you guys and gals will get a kick out of..
One year the day after Christmas we were heading up to the Upper Peninsula Michigan for snow skiing and fun. Driving threw Wisconsin my dad had to use the little men's room. We were in a VERY small town and the only place open at 3 in the afternoon was a bar. The gas station in town, their rest room was out of order.
So my dad and brother go in. Mom and I didn't have to go.
Mom and I waited and waited and waited in the car. Mom kept looking at her watch and was starting to get worried and angry. She was giving the men 5 more mins or she was heading in.
Just then my dad and brother came out...laughing and giggling.
They got back in the car and my brother said "I cannot believe you did that!"
Then the story came out...
When my dad and brother went in..there was about 10 old guys in the bar watching football on the TV. My dad askes the bartender where the bathroom was. They guy pointed "over there" and my dad see's two doors. Right across from one another...he picks one.
Just then EVERYONE in the bar hears "Thump...thump...thump...CRASH!"
The bartender turns off the TV and everyone looks at the door my dad went in. He finally comes out...red as Santa's suit and the bartender said, "The restroom is the OTHER door. That one has the stairs to the basement."
My poor dad fell down a flight of stairs crashing into junk at the bottom. Luckiley he was OK.
After that my dad was so embarrassed that he had to buy a beer for himself and a coke for my brother. The bartender even paid for it stating, "That is the most entertainment we have had here in ages."
