Brandi and I saw "Open Range" this weekend. This is definitely a must see movie. Though a little slow in a couple of places, the plot really digs into the complex nature of the characters of the film. Nice action sequence at the end. Recommend this one for all with but parents should be aware of the violence that is part of the movie. Should still be Ok for kids with adult supervision.
The film was shot on the Stoney Indian Reservation in Alberta. The scenes and settings are absolutly fantastic. We both rank ths as one of the best in several years.

Just opened on the 15th. Two cattlemen who are using the open range to feed their cows and the local rancher that claims the open range for himself and also bullies the town.
