It's funny how Canadian ISP's havn't been affected.
Plus the RIAA even said themselfs that they're not going after everyone who has a single song on their computer. The majority of people they're targeting share many thousand music files daily. Not the little 14 year old who has a few Tupac songs and that pam&tommy tape on his computer.

I don't think this is even legal. They would need a purpose and a search warrent. And I don't think any sane judge will allow them to get search warrents for every home in the USA with a home computer...

You'd think this would be a non-issue with all the tutorials on the web about how to avoid the RIAA. Like turn off file sharing.
I know that's not the point of p2p.. But I don't feel like getting sued thanks.
