If you vote no, doesn't mean you are a bad person. I mean it in a way as in like...do you hang out in the off topic more than like general hardware/modding/overclocking etc...
No offense meant or implied to anyone! This is supposed to me a fun thread...weeee ;) :bounce :banana
EDIT: I changed the thread title a little, I thought it was a bit too offensive the other way, sorry.

I definitely spend all of my time in the off-topic area.. but that's cause I know absolutely NOTHING about computers and I'm not into gaming... I played team fortress in Comp. app. w/ maniacmous and the rest of the class when we finished our assignments.. but I was terrible at that anyway..lol

That's nothing to be ashamed off. This doesn't count 3gm babes anyway. I don't think I intended it for them anyways... :D

I'm all over the place... It's hard to say exactly where I spend the majority of my time... But I've posted at least once in every category we've got here - even the Mac one...
MOstly Off topic - until it goes WAy-off topic!

Hardware is where I like to be. But Off Topic is where all the activity is.
Sigh.

Hardware and Software remind me of Work so I like Off Topic to unwind

Yeah, the place I would like to spend most of my time is in General Hardware or Overclocking...but since there aren't enough questions to sustain me there, I must venture here to become the man you see before you today. :devil

I am 50/50 same reason as for anyone else. When I run out of "material" to "work" on in the hardware or modding/oc I go to the off topic and chat a little. Then I get back and repeat the whole cycle!

It does seem like lately I've been spending more and more time in Off Topic. But it's OK... WazLady spends her time in Off Topic because she doesn't know anything about computers... I'm all over because I just dive right in. But the more I think about it, the more I seem to end up back here in Off Topic...

I bum around a lot in the Off Topic, just like someone said before, that there are more actions going on.
General Hardware threads aren't as fast flowing.

Somehow, I think it will be pretty much empty like the Mac one is... except for me and toolbox :Blah

I'd join in the watercooling goodness, even if I can't/don't want to make my own waterblock out of a brick of solid copper. :Holy Crap

That's true...I spend my time here mainly.
I don't know anything about CPU's, Modding, or General Hardware to be of any help to anyone.
So I stay here in Off Topic and enjoy the camaraderie and would anyone like a drink? I am heading off to the bar....:beer

My system has been running pretty well for a while now and I can't afford anything to screw it up with, so yep, I spend most of my time in the off-topic section.
Hardware's for fixin', Off-Topic's for fun.

Just an observation, but for some of the people here, at least for the last couple of days...
Seems like the entire forum's been for fightin'... :Nope
