What composer to use?

What is the best webdesign program that you guys have used. I am currently using Cold Fusion and it is awesome. I hear a lot of people like Dreamweaver and GoLive. What do you people prefer?

Yes, I use Dreamweaver 4 and it seems to get the job done with ease.

Can't say I've used DW4, but I used 3 and it was nice. Has a good interface and it doesnt leave too much crap in the html file.
