I knew Kelly picked the right day to go! Today was a double header too!

Kelly told me yesterday that the family wanted to go to a Cubs game, but no one wanted to go in the summer. "Too hot"..so lets go in the fall...and today was the only day back in May they could agree on!

Talk about good Karma!

They found out their tickets that they brought back in May for about 20.00 each could go for as high as $400.00!!!!:eek:

Talk about a good mark up!:rofl2

I will ask her how it went tomorrow!

i hate the red sox.....yes they do have a powerful team but a percentage of them dont play for the fun of it (you can notice it). like that manny rameriez.....he "said" he was sick and then the next day someone saw him in a bar talking to a yankee (who he was playing in the series for them time). and the pedro.....he so full of sh1t. yes...good pitcher.....but he is terrible as a person.

Naw, not 5 wins, that's TOO much.

It should be Best of 5 in first round, 7 in 2nd round and 7 in World Series, unless they changed it.

But then not like I really care about baseball anyway.

Considering baseball a sport is pretty hard for me to grasp, I need some fast paced action to attract my attention

Hopefully the new Flames jerseys will inspire Calgary to finally get back into the playoffs again. The NHL is in bad need of a 'Battle of Alberta' Playoff series like we were treated to in the late 80's:luxhello

2) cubs havent won a postseason series since 1908
3) world series is best of 7 games (first to 4)
4) division and league series are both best of 5 (first to 3)
5) i think it was best of 5-5-7 all the time.....dont ask me...im only 14...havent been alive enough to know that :Wink
