I used to play gutiar (like Ziggy!) but sold them when I came here to Aus.

I picked up a friends on Saturday and surprised myself with how much I remembered! My Girfriend saw and said she would buy me a nice one for my Birthday next week - result!

I work right next to a Uni so I am going to check out if there are any lessons going - I can't read music so I have to be shown what to play (I can pick up Riffs by ear but need assistance with the whole song)

I took piano lessons for about 8 years or so. When my grandfather would play his organ, I would remember the tune and copy him later...when no body was looking :devil. Result...snagged into piano...which was really great!

Once I could read music, it wasn't too hard to pick up another instrument.

Marching band is a great place to be! Oh, so many fond memories...*sighs*

I stopped lessons in Grade 10. My teacher kept pushing the Kiwanis Music Festival all the time, and teenage rebellion (lol) sent me looking for other things...towards Riding Lessons and Cadets.

I think I may have accidentally merged ch0's undies in with the two intruments threads with my Magic Merging Wand :lmao. Be careful, they might pop up without warning :D.

I used to play the flute when I was in grade 3 and 4. I still remember when we have to play Jingle Bells on stage and I can't play half of it. I have to pretend to play the flute so I don't look bad. llol

Thanks! You wanna know how much....I play? Great question! :D Unfortunately I wish I had more time to play more, but I noodle around a few days a week. I took lessons back in college for a good solid year which was key. Nowadays I usually just jam along to CD's, soloing over the top and all once I figure out the song.

...oh and I think the Schecter was around $800 new. It has a set in neck, real Duncan pickups which sound awesome, and of course it doesn't look bad either. I've got a little riff I recorded via the computer back in 2000 on my Jackson and with a different amp if anyone would like a listen.... I've gotten alot better since then. :thumb

I am more of a Rhythm Guitarist than a lead - I like to chug out riffs!:thumb

Although I don't know many songs, I am really mobile around the fretboard so I think some lessons would really get me there!

I hadn't touched a guitar in over 2 years but my g'f's sister's boyfriend (who is the same age as me) was soon trading me Metallica and G&R licks!

Yes, I did play the flute...but it has been years since I picked one up...

I may need practice learning how to blow into it again....there is a special way to do that..and you have to get it just right...

Ok...will watch out for underware;) I thought I missed something important;)

Hehehe thanks. Yeah that clip was recorded into my PC via a crappy computer mic. And my sound was dripping with too much chorus and delay, plus a lil' wah in there too. :D Glad ya like it!

I gotta record some stuff through my new rig...the sound is soooo killer compared to that!

I've played trumpet since 4th grade (still play it here in the marching band at otterbein) I play french horn, I started learning trombone, baritone and clarinet.. taught myself a little flute.. took a few years of piano lessons.. a few months of piano lessons.. but my first love will always be my trumpet (tho the french horn comes in as a very close second!)

Heh....thanks! It looks mighty sweet in person. I love the inlaid vine pattern in the fretboard. And of course the quilted body is pretty awesome too. It rocks! :cool_shad

Bass and guitar.
Bass is primary as it gets me alot of opportunities in my band and everyone is always looking for a bass player. I know slap, picking techniques, etc..

And Im starting guitar soon. I picked up my friends I have a natural feel for it from playing bass for three years. Should get me out of boredom with just bass ;)

those guitars are played in the bands system of a down, metalica , and kiss it is not a crappy guitar .. system of a down gets a custom iceman thats alot nicer than that one but thats only thing the public can get
