Sony released the New DSC-T1....
It's no bigger than a deck of cards, has a 3x optical zoom on a carl zeiss lens...and here's the kicker...it's 5 megapixels!

I am pretty impressed in the way technology is moving on. I mean, look at this. Small camera, HUGE display (oh I love the big display), 5MP and you must replace the batteries every 5 minutes. Or maybe not.
My point: wouldn't the batteries run out faster if you have more mp, less space for a battery and a big display?

That LCD looks really yummy!
I'd like to see some test photos first before convincing my brother, who needs a small digicam, to get it...

Not bad, considering it IS a 5MP... although hardly prosumer...

I think it should retail around $400.00 since it's not a prosumer camera. $600 is a bit much just because it's 5mp and small.
