I ordered the AYHJAR stepping cpu from theoverclockerzstore.com and got my package today which is pretty good only having to wait the weekend after ordering it on friday. Anyways, I rip open the package like a 6year old on christmas day only to see that the stepping is AYHJA where the hells the R.... So what do I do, I rip into my second package from KDComputers.com and pull out my SK6, grab the trustworthy Artic Silver II and carefully put the upgrade into my PC. First run....

133x9 1197Mhz then the following
133x9.5 1264MHz
133x10 1330MHz still running smothe
133x10.5 1396MHz oh my god
140x10.5 1470MHz thats where I finished

all speeds where put under stress for 1 hour with Sandra Burn in Test and UD.

Lowest temp while under stress was 49C
Highest temp while under stress was 60C (ouch) Keep in mind I have no AC and the room temp is still 85-90F.

I guess I should get to my point already..What the hell should I do call Overclockerzstore.com and ***** until they have me return the cpu and send me a new one or should I stick my foot in my mouth and be happy with purchasing a 1.5GHz (almost) for 100.00 USD but not actually getting what I paid for?

1470Mhz sounds good to me. I mean I would most likely be very happy with it.

You do have a point though they shipped you the wrong one. Unless you have something in writing that states you were supposed to receive AYHJAR stepping I can see them giving you not exactly an easy replacement.

Contact them and let us know what they say.
