This is the picture which Michael Jackson claims is proof that he suffered brutal treatment following his arrest five weeks ago.

Taken shortly afterwards, it shows a large bruise and swelling to the 45-year-old star's right arm.

He claims it was caused by handcuffs put on him by police in Santa Barbara, California. 'They tied them too tight behind my back,' he said. 'And they put it in a certain position, knowing that it's going to hurt and affect my back. Now I can't move. It keeps me from sleeping at night.'

Jackson produced the picture during an interview with American TV in which he protested his innocence of child sex charges while insisting there was nothing wrong with sleeping with youngsters.

He said the police 'manhandled me very roughly. My shoulder is dislocated, literally'.

The claims were rejected by police, who said Jackson's lawyer had even congratulated them on their treatment of the star.

some people bruise really easily, and they way he said they were rippin his place apart made em sound pretty nuts


oh ya he also said sleeping with children is not bad, he thinks sleeping with kids is ok when u dont have sexual thoughts about him

he would slit his wrists before he ever did somethin liek that to a child.

Michael Jackson says that the cops dislocated his shoulder when he was being processed. It's a lie. Watch that video of Michael Jackson leaving the police station with his attorney after he was booked. First he raises his left arm over his head to wave to the crowd. Then he raises his right arm to flash the "V" sign. Guess what, folks. You don't raise your hands over year head to wave to your adoring fans within minutes after having your shoulder dislocated. Now we know that Michael Jackson is a liar. We just have to figure out whether or not he was lying about those little boys.
You know, he's right on this one.

He's a strange bird alright.

Too bad that it has to go this way. but the whole family is kinda weird, so it's not that surprising.

The trial is gonna be a hoot :KICKASS!

they just showed him shopping on tv tonight...they were talking about how easyily he was able to reach over his head with his supposidly dislocated shoulder lol....

but the whole family is kinda weird

hmms. why would anyone want to hit him on the forearms?

if his hands were handcuffed behind him, this part of the forearm would be facing inwards, rendering it difficult to hit/injure. the back would have some bruises if he was hit when handcuffed.

Exactly. He wants people to feel all sorry for him because he's only getting bad press and attention. So he plays the old "Waah, I've been mistreated" trick to garner sympathy from the masses, hoping they will think "Oh, if those rotten police will hurt Michael Jackson, they probably faked the rest of the stuff they say he did."

Common lawyer trick - draw attention away from the true crime and try to win people's sympathy for the accused.

Ain't gonna work, MJ. You're evil and you're not going to get away with it.
