Did anybody witness this? Hackers for *****... What a name.

Well, the sites back to normal, and that's good news.

Here's a crappy translation of what the first page turned into:

"From the ash the ash of the powder to the powder!"

It has hours that think: "Will Be q we are not losing time?", "Will Be q is worth hardly stayed hours and hours before a computer, of q will be worth years of studies?", I find q everything this eh in vain, therefore of will nothing go be worth our knowledge when what happen is predicted, agreement with the Bible.

It has hours that think of giving up, give up the computers, due the high you critic that I receive, by be believing and stayed invading sites, with the excuse of that eh pra Christ, will be even that ***** Christ is itself making proud?, I find q not, few leem the message left us sites, even finding q to same message can be util for some persons, I feel me wrong in do such act.

A thing eh certain, or the Command begin to really preach the Word of God, or simply will be in vain the sites that invade - mos.

They thousands of groups exist hackerz in the world, some that defedem the liberty from the information, some q they preach a false ideology, q themselves contradiz with the Hackitivismo, others simmplesmente they put his nicks with the intention of appear, others with the proposito of preach the satanismo - do not they be few -, but the q frightens us eh the fact d q, not groups exist that speak of ***** - removing the ours andThe that nao we know -, this went to ideia intial of the group when was created.

I am really discouraged with everything this, I think seriously in stop.

But everything this it will go continue, we will go reformular everything, the group, the form of preach, etc, the Command done not stay only with invasions, I think of creating a community Evengélica, where the main focus and to pregação from the return of ***** Christ, therefore few churches has spoken about this, and the persons has lost in contradictions, the shepherds has putting in lineup only the money, to good life, forgetting howeverOf it speak about the book from the Bible, that relates our ultimos days here in the land.

Remember - itself ***** Christ is come back, is more nearby the q never to

***** Christ loves him, and calls you to follow -read, for that like this, can live in Peace and abundaçia, posteriomente conquering the eternal life!!

Am I the only one who saw this?

Remember, anytime you see sites hacked quickly report it: http://www.cybercrime.gov/ Reporting Internet related crime: http://www.cybercrime.gov/reporting.htm

Seems http://zzz.com.ru/ is still hacked :(

I've resolved it for now but RealGN.com will be on this shortly for a permanent solution.

They're effecting you right now by causing problems in a forum you visit.

Guess it's all fun and games and something to "oooh and ahh" over for some, since you're not the one having to fix the problem :(.

Hackers didn't use to be a problem - they used to be very useful in companies as they would expose security problems.

But nowadays hackers are just troublemakers who spend all their time trying to cause trouble for others. Believe me, when you get a virus from a site that's been hacked, or when your credit card and personal information is stolen and used for nefarious purposes, you'll see exactly what's wrong with hackers.

Rod is right on this about hackers costing companies millions of
$$$$ every year in down time and clean up cost it is a lot more
complicated than just hitting the reset button and doing a reboot.
The ones that think hackers dosen't cost you anything, think again
every time you buy that new computer part or something from the
store you are paying for the hackers damages that they caused
the companies to have to spend $$$$$ to fix. lord nicon I'm not
being harsh or anything so please don't take any offense to what
I'm about to say.......but the next time you go to buy a new mobo
or some other part and it is a little higher than before just thank
all the hackers for hitting the company(s) and costing them several
thousands.....or millions of $$$$$$$ in repair costs which they
have to make back one way or another so they just up the cost
on their products to make it all back and guess who the lucky
people are that gets to pay for it........yelp you and me:Nope :banghead

How exactly do they find so many security problems? Doesn’t somebody go over every port with a fine comb searching for weak spots at RealGN? I know it just seems like one problem after another pops up every week these days. They keep patching and repairing the same fallibly software. I’ve worked around some pretty good web servers in my days. Of all of those servers the Windows compatibilities become the downfall. There does come a point with too many features and too much compatibility lead to security problems. As a Webmaster you have got to ask yourself do I drop support in favor of security? Lets put this in another way, look at Microsoft dropping support for Win98. It’s only 6 years old plus the years in the making from Beta, but in that time Hackers have chopped open these systems so wide that the time invested to patch and protect is now too high. Hell, look at WinXp that was based on Win2000, that in my opinion is one of the best Operating systems around.

I thought RealGN used Apache servers that interlinked our 3GM networked server running with an AMD? Is the problem here that the Apache software is flawed enough to allow unauthorized access to the root permissions of the obvious security lacking windows compatible 3GM server or what? Maybe you all should start asking IBM what they use because I’ve seen IBM call me up and say such-and-such computer is reporting possible problems and they wanted to schedule a time for repairs. Ahhh... the joys of Anti-Intrusion and Tampering software.

I’ve seen some pretty cool stuff in recent articles also into Anti-hacking if anyone is curious?

There ARE good hackers. I was on the payroll of a major real-time services provider (satellite, high-freq FM) who was just getting into internet broadcast in the middle to late 90's. I was payed to spend the bulk of my overnight shifts trying to hack both the Novell internal network and the website. Every time I cracked it, I forwarded the specifics to the web securities admin or the LAN manager with a recommendation. I had hacking books and every hacking tool imaginable in my cubicle or loaded on my PC.

Great job, until a employment cost-to-value consultant (e.g. hatchetman) while making a MIS review decided that my position was too risky to the company, and rather than alter my job responsibilities he just axed me.

Tut, tut tut lord.....no more comment.

Yes it is true without hackers, less people would have jobs *norton*, but then again, if there was no hackers in the first place. We wouldnt have the problem. But as everything. When there is a good, there is a bad.
