Every one of us who has a dog to love is lucky. Dogs improve the quality of our lives, and they make us feel god about ourselves, even improve our physical and mental health. Our relationship with dogs is unlike any other, yet similar to all of the most noble: they are our friends, our companions, our children, and -- in some primitive, emotional way-- our caretakers. Fortunately for humans, dogs love us just as much as we love them.

The photons on this calendar are as vivid, energetic and joyful as their subjects, they are character studies chosen to reveal the full range of a Dogs nature and personality, in them you’ll find curiosity eagerness languor confidence and ardor. Some of these portraits are familiar and endearing: the c ocked head, the quizzical look, the playful stance, and yes, the puppy dog eyes.

Every dog lover believes that he or she has the smartest, sweetest, and most endearing dog in the world. Every dog lover is right.

I couldn't have said it better. I had a dog for about 11 years. About a year ago (on christmas night) my dog passed away. I miss my dog, and reading this post made me think of him. "That dog was like a dog to me."

i heard this from my sister the other day

our dog king was in the backyard, and no one closed the gate to the front yard,

king got outside and bit the mail man (yes it does happen)

my mother ended up taking the dog to be put to sleep

my father comes home from work and finds his best friend, companion, and always loving king, is no more

please let those who love an animal say their goodbyes

today has been an experience i will never forget, i have become an understanding, loving, and careing person, and i hope that you all will feel what i hope never stops.

love peace joy

I don't like dogs. At all.

But it does seem that dog lovers (is the politically correct :rofl2 ) really do seem to have something between them and their dogs.

I guess people like me will never understand it.

But I don't feel I'm missing out.

:)
