Hey all, just wondering how do you make a website popular, as this one seems to be bloody popular lol, whats the best form of advertising, free preferably :D

Lol I've been asking myself this question for a long time.

Google :D Get it high on there and it'll help a lot.

And have a decent site. No-one can deny this site's goodness, can they :thumb

but how are you meant to get it high on google, i have meta tags on my site, and a fair bit of content, any ideas ?

I'm not sure tbh.... there are sites which can submit you to search engines.

Maybe you coudl google for it lol :lmao

Someone else floating around is likely to have a better knowledge of site promotion than me.

can i ask you something, where i have the images of links to the reviews on the home page, does it look anything similar to this

as the owner is moaning about the look of mine, sayin i stole his idea etc... just because our image sizes r the same, i mean WTF lol.

To get more traffic to your site.

Submit a link to review sites of one of your reviews, and perhaps they'll put a link up for you.

A good way to start, talk to Rodney, he'll link to yours and you'll be returning the favour kinda thing.

Make up some fake ads to put down the right side. Better yet, hold a competition. Funny stuff will attract traffic to your site.
