I like strong cheese but this defeated me - it stank so bad you could taste it!
We were all at a really expensive restaurant in Sydney and we were a bit raucous due to muxh vino - all we could do was wet ourselves laughing as i kept saying "Smell my finger" after holding the cheese!

Go to the website - you can order a hamper of cheese!
I brought back loads of Brie and Blue cheese from the Hunter Valley when I went over christmas - do you know what the best thing to go with it is?
Quince paste - it is like a super thick Jam made form Quince. Spread it on you cracker and then add the cheese - it is gorgeous!

I'm not completely sure to be honest. Fairly soft cheese... I suppose. They say on them that they are a 'soft full-fat cheese'.
Doesn't really mean much does it? :lmao

Yummy! I usually limit myself to 1 at a time though. I'm suprised there are people who haven't tried these little gems.
egarrard: The babybels are teensy unripened (not schmelly) gouda wheels dipped in wax and wrapped.
