Well.... I decided to wake up earlier today just to find out that school was cancelled for both the public school system and my college. I looked outside and there was nothing. Everything was clear but there were about 50MPH gusts every so often.

I went back to sleep.

Woke up a few hours later and BAM..... we have 3 inches of snow on the ground. I'm like WTF. There is supposed to be another 10" coming through the rest of today and tomorrow.

I'll have to take some pics of our first real snow in Charlotte, NC.

45 degrees Farenheit here... The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I'm struggling with a crappy DSL line that's not even running at 56K modem speeds...

Supposed to get into the mid-50's over the weekend, and stay in the mid-40's all next week. Some light rain, but nothing bad.

Hahaha...

Sorry, not to be mean, but I just pulled a 50Mb download in 49 seconds.

For the record, 45 F now, mid 50's tomorrow, and then rain all weekend... geez, we've STILL got ten-foot-high drifts packed into every corner. Thank God for warm weather, because there was nowhere else to pile snow.

I ran a speed test a little while ago... Guess what I got?

21 down/67 up.

Yep.

That's DSL.

I wish I were home right now... 3Mb down/256 up.

We're up to 11" and it is still coming down hard. We should be to maybe 20" tonight.

I got a few pictures but my sister broke the digital camera's battery compartment by dropping it.......... so now we need a new camera cause our camera is ÜBER old and oh well.

So... my sis gets to keep that camera and I get to buy my own and my mom gets a new one. FUN FUN! :banghead

anyway... this snow is great!

The snow up here in T.O. seems to be on it's way out. I'm really hoping that this isn't just an early teaser thaw :D.

It's been warm and sunny all weekend. Beautiful!
