I know she had to move and her eyes were getting kind of bad. Beyond that I don't really know much else.

She should buy some blueberry pill if her eyes are getting bad, my mother says they work for her. Also and LCD if she doesn't have one. Hope she is fine.

Hey guys, just came across this thread; and i am ok.
Yes, i'm dealing with a lots of things in my life, first the move across state and secondly my vision is getting worse as time goes on. I've already failed my drivers lisence eye test so i am now no longer able to drive. I've seen an eye surgeon and i'm getting the run around from Medicade about my eye surgery. My vision is fialing from a degenerative eyes disease where only kornea eye transplants will give me a chance to have improved vision.
I'm sorry to say Rod, but i too agree the forums new colour scheme does my eyes in even more quickly than before. :(
Christian, my vision is also what keeps me from chatting a lot as well. Altho it's not the only reason. Since my move i've made new friends and am having fun hanging out with them.
Also, i hadn't had much to comment on since i haven't gotten any new computer hardware until just recently (http://www.3dgameman.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=362531#post362531).

:beer CheersGood to see that you are still around :beer . It is too bad about your eyesight, don't give up on that surgery. It is too bad that you are not here in Canada, as I am pretty sure that the operation is covered here under OHIP. It is great that you made new friends, and remember that you have friends here too. Take care, and good to see that you are back :thumb

The cornea transplants will only be a short-time fix then, just postponing the inevitable, right? This isn't a cure, is it?

Hello there Steph! :wavey
Glad to hear your ok! And I am saddened to hear about your eyes. That is one of the main reason's I am an organ donor. So when I do leave this earth...hopefully my eyes will help someone else see.
I hope you get thru with Medicad and have them pay for your surgury.
That is one of the downsides of living here in the USA. We don't have National Healthcare coverage. You either have private insurance or else you pay thru the nose for medical care. Or you deal with Medicar like you are. I do hope everything works out for you.
Keep in touch! We do miss you and we all are thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers.
