My friend opened this bag of almonds when she was done I decided to read the ingredients...

I almost laughed my ass off! It said...

May containe traces of nuts, peanuts and/or sesame seeds and/or shell casings.

NO KIDDING. But i don't blame the company. I blame the ones that sue for nothing!


I know there is another thread somewhere about this stuff. But i'm tired and don't feel like searching all over... If a mod wants to move this, sure.

There's a chocolate company that certifies some their candies as "nut allergy" free now, since a lot of machines must be used to pump out different products and may contain nut traces.

I think smarties is one, but you have to look really carefully at the label :).
