Bass Machine is right...it is a Kinder Surprise toy...my guess is...the sword spins as it is rolled along.

Edit: for the sticklers: sword and hand spin.

A kinder surprise toy that spins as you said, but the shield turns as the wheel as well, spinning the hand and sword together! :thumb

I'm saving a lot of stuff for the get together (http://www.3dgameman.com/vr/3gm_special/get_together_02/video_review_03_info.html). I expect 30+ people and that means 30+ shirts and all kinds of goodies. So I need A LOT of stuff for that. I will probably have another giveaway after this event.
