You're really mean, you know that? :p

Here it is chilly and wet. No sun in sight.

Ah well, enjoy your sunshine! :)

That is mean....

It's 32 degrees with a thick cloud cover and it's lightly snowing, expected to turn to rain later on making a big mess.

On second thought maybe once I finish school, I'll move down there. Ahh maybe not.

You poor Illinois folks are getting the weather we Nebraskans suffered through earlier in the week!

It's 50's and sun here, now. Most of the snow from Monday and Tuesday is now just so many little puddles.

that's not fair... it's warmer north of here? what gives?

I know those mountain winds are to blame... can I get enough equipment to built a mountain in the western part of Illinois? :lmao :lmao

How's this for the ultimate kick in the face....it rained and snowed all day here? Only...I get a call about 9PM from my old neighbor lady...tells me my passenger side window in my car is halfway rolled down....now...I've not been near my car in 3 weeks....and the windows were def. closed. As far as I know...last time it was used was by my father well over a week ago....there was a nice little pile of snow on my seat when i made it out there...couldn't tell how wet the seats and stuff were through the snow....could be ok...might be hosed...geez....can't catch a break can I? :Sigh

Sounds like me last winter. The actuators I hid in the driver side door of my car so the alarm could roll up the windows got moist and triggered, lowering both windows during a snowstorm. I got 3 inches of snow in there before I saw what had happened. What really sucks is the car is 28 years old, and the interior is original! Fortunately, a buddy at a detailing shop did an emergency wet-vac and shampoo and everything was good.

I have since removed the window actuators from that car.

My car - 1988...that means what....16 years or thereabouts? All original interior as well....in fact, interior is in great condition (unlike most of the rest of the car). Will have to take care of it in the morning I suppose.

I let Ginger out at 6:00 am wearing nothing but a pair of shorts and my x-trainers. Nice outside....very, very nice.

I forgot to poke fun at everyone with the cold weather yesterday. The Texan warm front reached us. It hit 74 and sunny all day, with even a little distant thunder later last night.

It's 64 degrees and sunny here, but it's awfully windy. We've got the windows open and there's fresh air blowing all the way through the house.

Nice isn't it?

:KICK ASS

Although tomorrow it's supposed to be a high in the mid to upper 60's due to a front coming in from our northern neighbors....

Am I the only one here who hates summer? As soon as winter is gone and it starts getting hot I get really misrable. I suffer from hayfever and hate the sweaty hot missouri summers :(

I am from the UK moved out here to sweaty Missouri in 2000, maybe thats why I prefer the cold wet weather :)

I took Ginger out for a mid-day stroll for about 2 hours. I forgot the camera.

It was gorgeous....absolutely perfect at mid-day. Pictures would not have done justice....

Sure, but you'd have to re-warm it in the microwave.
