Fear of the Dark was the last movie that scared me somewhat but there doesn't seem to be any good movies anymore that are scary like Chucky.

I guess I'm not sure what you're looking for. The "Child's Play" series always struck me as quite funny.

Ok Chucky use to be scary when I first saw it at around 7 I think. I am looking for something more scary like sorta Dark Water is I guess thought its not a English movie. I already saw The Ring in my opinion that wasn't very scary. Anything else ?

If you liked Dark Water try The Eye.
Miike Takashi's Audition is pretty good too.

Butterfly Effect isn't intended to be a scary movie... altho a few of it's scenes did make me jump...
Thirteen Ghosts was one of my fav freaky movies...

Scared the crap out of me, man. I didn't care for Thirteen Ghosts, though. Cabin Fever was scarying and pretty discusting with some funny scenes.
