ID3 tags on MP3s

On my desktop, I still use winamp 2.24, that only supports ID3 v1.1. But on my MP3 player, it read off ID3 V2, so half the songs have no stupid titles or any informations.
Just wondering if anyone knows any software preferrably free software that can copy the ID3 v1.1 directly to ID3 v2. (I do have quite a bit of mp3s to edit)

Personly I would try out the last. That looks like the most simple. Hope you can use one of them.
