Road trip!

I'm heading off this weekend for a little road trip through the maritimes and Québec. Can anybody reccomend any places they think I should visit? So far, we intend on going to:

Bathurst (family)
Moncton
PEI
Halifax
Cabot Trail
Truro
Québec City
Possibly Gaspé

There will be other places as well :)
After Bathurst, it'll all be a spur of the moment kind of thing.

I can't recommend any as I have only driven through there once, but it sounds like fun!
