View Full Version : wow EB Games = screwed me over
so the other day I went to EB Games and got my brother a pre-played PS2, memory card, and Madden 2005. The systems we're only $100 and came with a free copy of Madden 2004. So he gets it and attempts to play it but keeps getting disc read errors, the few times the game did load it took about 5-10 mins. So I take it back to EB and ask for my money back so I can get a brand new PS@, they say they can't do that because it was opened so I ask how much it is to trade it in and it was $70. So I say whatever and do it, I'll just buy him a new one for like $130ish on eBay. When they ask me how I want my money and I say cash and they tell me it's 20% less of $70 because I didn't want store credit and I would only get about $55, little more then half of what I payed for it so I was like **** that and I got a diff pre-played one so I'm gonna just sell it on eBay hopefully getting around $100... :banghead
