We are always hitting the trails in the summer and every now and then post a few pics. It's 20 mile ride that takes you all around Toronto, fun :thumb (Click here for ride 1 (http://www.3dgameman.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=14664), ride 2 (http://www.3dgameman.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=14940), and ride 3 (http://www.3dgameman.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=17073))

It does look like a melon, doesn't it? It's actually a young coconut with the green skin still on the outside :). I've seen the carribean markets and the asian markets selling them here too, and was dying to try one yesterday, so we did :).

There's up to 2 cups of coconut water in each seed. The guy at the kiosk hacks a hole in the top of the coconut with a machete :noway! He was so good at it, that he didn't spill a drop.

Coconut water has an interesting taste. It's smooth but not milky, with a slightly nutty flavour. You can also scoop the insides of the coconut out to get the meat. The water is sugary too...my hands were sticking to the handbars of my bike the whole way home, lol.

Here's some more info that I googled earlier today, 'cause I was interested in what it was comprised of too :)

I gotta get me a digital Camera and show you all around Red Deer a little ... not that there is much to see :shiftyPlease do! What you think is ordinary, the rest of us will probably love to see. You're just used to it.

That's an interesting art car. Is it supposed to be a pig-mobile? :rofl2

I wish y'all had added a caption below each pic so we'd know what it was...
