3GM website suggestion

Hey, I don't want to step any toes but,

I suggest that the top menu of 3GM website should be below the 3GM logo so it makes more sense for new people viewing the site, I mean sometimes I send this website to people and I have to tell them where to click because they can't find the menu.

Also, the menu color should be more similar to the site colorset, maybe even the text shouldn't be black but it too much for lil me to edit.

the position is good i think blends in well, very streamline

as for the color, people get sick of looking at the same colored texts and windows.
