Is pbase still as good as ever? despite the 10mb limit

i remember the times when PBase was sorta unlimited :P

any similar recommendations?

http://www.imageshack.us - Completely free and nothing to sign up for, unlimited images(file size limit of 1Mb)

i like photobucket, but its just another option

can only sign up at a certain time of the day

20mb, 2gb bandwidth or something.

another option although i have not looked at anything else yhet.

any similar recommendations?If you look around in the photography forums, most of the people either have their own gallery that the sell prints out of, or pbase.

Depending on what you are going to post, deviantart.com might be a good location. PhotographyBLOG.com used to offer image hosting for free, with large galleries costing money. I considered it because his rates seemed to be pretty reasonable. But I haven't been taking as many pictures as I was, so that idea is running in background right now.

Of course you need your own webspace with PHP support, but you will find it pretty much does everything you could ever want!

If you have your own domain or webspace, either Gallery or Coppermine are good online galleries. Couldn't tell you about the free third party image hosting outfits. I don't trust them with any pictures I would find valuable.

can't beat smugmug, and its run by the same guy who runs advrider.com, cool if your into motorcycles.
