My new Passat. Although it has 109,000 miles on it, it is fully loaded with every option and has had a new clutch, timing belt, Nitto tires, Pioneer stereo with 8 speaker Monsoon Premium Sound, Neuspeed springs, RH 18" wheels, WET chipped, etc installed with all service records intact since new. I bought it off eBay for cheap (second car off eBay, love it) and man it is sweet. I bought it from a guy who owns a detailing shop in Florida at the VW dealer. He did a lot of work to it fo rme after I bought it, free of charge. When I go to visit my folks in May, I will drive it back. I cannot wait!!!

Now that I'm driving I understand the importance of a good car.

And I would love to have that car with all that stuff done to it in such working condition.

Great find :Thumb :Thumb

I gotta give it up to those crafty Germans, they know how to build some sweet ass cars! :thumb What motor is in it? What else do you plan on doing to it? Im a pocket rocket guy! :spin, and none of that ricey bs crap talk for me. I give respect where deserved and this totaly deserves it.

I myself am hoping to a get a '92-'96Lexus SC300 sometime next year. Even though the milage is high on the majority of them, the motor thats in there really doesn break in untill 120K miles. I got a whole list of fun/go fast items I wanna do to it!

It has the ever reliable and economical 1.8T in it. With the chip it has about 210bhp. Not bad. 0-60 in about 6.4 seconds and still gets 700 to 800 km/ tank of fuel in the city! $40 to fill it. :thumb

Man you gotta love that little motor. My old boss had a Golf 1.8T that was making about 350-375Hp. He had all kinds of goodies under the hood, none of which he ever showed me(that *******). You gonna do any more work to it, or just enjoy the eco-fun it is now?

That is a really sweet ride there Bobenis! Hope you get a huge amount of enjoyment from it!

I am more a fan of Japanese cars with 3 of them. The only reason my latest car was a Mazda 6 rather than the Passat was an economical one... the Japanese competition was way cheaper with similar features & reliability.

I really like those new 6's... nice choice, and with 220Hp you cant beat it! Although I wish the new Mazda Speed RX-8 would have been turbocharged rather than just a suspension and body work.

Great car there Bobenis. Don't take this in a bad way but I wouldn't have expected you to get such a luxurious or sporting car. :thumb

I'm especially thrilled you got it with a proper gearbox. :Thumb
