AS A SIGN of things to come, it appears that North America's top GSM network operator, Cingular, has turned into a big Sissy. For a country that hosts the world's leading hard core film producers and gave us computer games with a 18 certificate, it's a bit late for Cingular Wireless to suddenly decide to get Puritanical.
Yes, Cingular Wireless, has decided that it will stop offering downloadable images of porn film actors to its subscribers. It will also stop offering violent games to its mobile handset users.
Luckily for regular gals and gals, the FCC has ruled that mobile network operators cannot block sites that users may wish to visit. So you can go onto www.wapsexy.com if you like....
