There is one thing I feel they owe me, and several other people for. Last year I had to buy a second xbox because ms couldnt use a decent drive untill recently when they started using the samsung drive. I also have a good many friends on xbox live that have needed to buy new xboxes because thier thompson or phillips drive either had bad problems or flatout died. Maby I'm wrong but it seems like ms should have at least given something to people who had to buy a second machine because of faulty optical drives, like maby a free game or something like sony did after they put out a demo disk that wiped memory cards. Just my 2 cents, I'm done ranting now :Blah

I look this up because I used to live in California, but I can't remember what I purchased from them during that time period. Guess I'm out of luck....
