I think that their should be at least an e-mail requirement. I bet over half of the registered users aren't even active. If you draw a person that is no longer active in posting, what will happen? Draw again? Same predicament.

Hey Rodney, I know I asked you this for the other giveaway, but this time you are the one who's shipping, so... I live in Puerto Rico, am i eligible? Shipping cost is about the same, if not exactly the same, as shipping to Florida. Check it out, my zip code is 00784.
